We are currently recruiting a Sales and Marketing Assistant. Previous experience in a similar role will be advantageous, however, full training will be given. The right attitude and aptitude are key to success with us.
KEY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting directly to the Sales and Marketing Manager, the role is to support and contribute to the daily running of Sales and Marketing aspects of the business. Daily responsibilities include:
Responding to emails and answering sales calls
Preparing and updating sales documents
Managing customer data
Generating mailing lists
Assisting with social media posts – LinkedIn and YouTube
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND CHARACTERISTICS
Competent using Microsoft Office tools and confident to learn new software. Great organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to build rapport and trust with customers through exceptional customer service. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). Curious and quick learner, confident and sensitive authentic team player.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
Salary £20,000 – £24,000 depending on experience. This position is available to start immediately.
Hybrid working: We work from home 3 days a week, and in the office on Tuesday and Wednesday. The office is at Colworth Science park, Sharnbrook, a beautiful parkland site with great facilities.

KEY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting directly to the Implementation Manager, the role is to support the Implementation Manager and the wider Formpak Team to provide exceptional customer support throughout software implementations and related projects. The Project Co-Ordinator will work with the rest of the team contributing to the successful delivery to customers. This role would benefit someone who is comfortable being customer facing, focused and being able to report to the management team. Daily responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with team members and customers to ensure tasks are well documented and progressed appropriately within the business.
- Keep the Implementation Manager aware of the project status and any concerns affecting the deliverables.
- Document project requirements, including support with customer data.
- Monitor and coordinate customer project ensuring excellent communication with stakeholders.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND CHARACTERISTICS
Competent using Microsoft Office tools and confident to learn new software. Highly organised with the ability to prioritise their own workload and good attention to detail. Ideally have experience in a customer-facing role. Ability to build rapport and trust with customers through exceptional customer service. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). Possess attention to detail with analytical mindset. Curious and quick learner, confident and sensitive authentic team player.
