Formpak Health Check Results.

Occasionally you may be asked by the Formpak Support Team to check the ‘Health’ of your Formpak system.

Firstly, log into your Formpak system.

In the address bar type yourserveraddress/formpak/status and hit enter. This will show the status, system version number, database number and time
