Formpak not starting ? Restarting Formpak Services

Re-starting the Formpak services can be performed to resolve issues with printing?running Formpak (the Apache Tomcat service automatically restart overnight with the backup process).

Before restarting the services, please ensure all users are logged out of Formpak.

On the Machine Formpak is installed on, go to the Start Menu, Formpak Software, click Restart Formpak:

Wait 2 minutes and check if you can access Formpak.

If you are still unable to access Formpak, go to the Start Menu, Formpak Software, click Restart All Formpak Services:

Wait 2 minutes and check if you can access Formpak.

If Formpak is still not working, advise if anything been changed with the configuration of the computer where Formpak is installed and ZIP up the directory C:Program FilesFormpak SoftwareFormpakTomcatlogs (for the current day).
