Remove product code from document (not required)

How do I remove the item code from the Product name in documents?

  1. Go to Manage Application Settings
  2. In the ‘Category’ drop down box select ‘Documents’
  3. For the setting ‘Include Code in Documents’ select ‘No‘
  4. Click Save
