How can I see changes made to Properties of Raw Materials?

Search for ‘View Previous Versions of Item Properties’ and you can enter the raw material name and then see a drop down of versions which you can then specify by Property Group if you wish. You can also click on ‘View Change Summary’ in the top right corner to view a report.
