Failed to request data from the server – Error when using Check Suitability

This error occurs if the TO for whom the suitability check is associated with has no Parties Belonged to and can be fixed by using Modify a TO, and adding one or more Parties Belonged To.

Further information

When you perform ‘Suitability Check’ you can include a party, application and dosage, these are optional. You must include an item and the TO. The default TO is shown as standard and you can change to another TO if you want to.

When Formpak is first installed, the default TO (your company) has Parties Belonged To of ‘GLOBAL’. The ‘GLOBAL’ party is a good place to put suitability constraints which should be applied in all circumstances i.e. the rules that you always want to apply to your products. In this case, wherever you use the default TO, then these rules will be applied to your customers. Generally the GLOBAL party should be added to any additional TO’s so these global rules are associated with them also.

To avoid the error ‘Failed to request data from the server’, when you add a TO add at least one Parties Belonged To. If the GLOBAL party is inappropriate, you can add a different Parties Belonged To.
