Manage document content guidance for the IFRA 50th Amendment

This brief screen shot guide shows how to change the text to update the IFRA 49th Certificate to state IFRA 50th Amendment.

Prior to changing the document content, the 49th IFRA certificate will display as above. The highlighted text will need to be amended to show the latest version: the 50th Amendment to the IFRA Code of Practice (published June 2020)

Navigate to ‘Manage Document Content’

The below screen will appear. In the content box, type part of the text that requires modifying. For example, type 49th, and click search

An option which contains the text will appear. Click on the option to select (it becomes dark blue) and click edit

The option to Modify Document Content will appear, as shown below. Click in the content box to modify the document text

The text highlighted requires changing to state: 50th Amendment to the IFRA Code of Practice (published June 2020), as shown below

Once the text is updated click Yes to ‘Prevent Batch Update.’ This prevents the text being overwritten in the event of an update to the existing IFRA Certificate. Then click save.

Once the document content is saved, check the changes are correct. To do this print an IFRA Certificate for an item, and check the new content appears as expected.

Please DO NOT change the code of the Document Content, this needs to refer to ‘ifra49’.
