“CLPANN2SDSVALID is false”

This occurs if a Flash Point and/or Recommended Use have not been entered for the focus item. In ‘Modify a Formulation’ or ‘Modify a Raw Material’ go to the Properties tab and use group ‘Physical Data’ to enter a temperature value for Flash Point and use group ‘Recommended Uses’ to add a Recommended Use. Press ‘Calculate Now’ on the focus item and ‘Save’.

“ECHAZVALID is false”

This occurs if a Flash Point has not been entered for the focus item. In ‘Modify a Formulation’ or ‘Modify a Raw Material’ go to the Properties tab and use group ‘Physical Data’ to enter a temperature value for Flash Point. Press ‘Calculate Now’ on the focus item and ‘Save’.

“Constituent Hazards Not Determined”

This indicates that one or more raw materials in the focus item have ‘Properties Determined = No’. To find which raw materials are causing the issue, view the composition and you’ll see there are components marked with a red (?) You can highlight and view the component and then click edit to modify and change ‘Properties Determined’ from No to Yes within the Properties tab. Make sure you save each modified component, and then press ‘Calculate Now’ on the focus item and ‘Save’.

NB. If it says “Constituent Hazards Not Determined” within that component then you need to search the next layer down by viewing the composition to find which raw materials are causing the issue.

There is a property which captures any components which are properties determined is No. The property is ‘Details of Components in the Physical or Regulatory Composition whose Properties are not determined’, with code NOTDETINGDETAILS and can be viewed in the property group ‘Other Properties’.
