This module includes suitability checking, supporting advanced compliance constraints that can be targeted to specific requirements such as regions, customers or suppliers. Suitability constraints can reflect policies around ingredient use and help enforce rule-based compliance across formulations.

The System Communication Suite enables secure and flexible integration with external systems such as enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms. It supports connection between Formpak and wider business environments, helping organisations streamline data flow across teams and departments.

The Project Management module allows organisations to customise and build their own project templates, supporting tasks, workflows and status tracking within development work. It enables real-time collaboration and provides reporting tools to help analyse work activity - past, present and in progress.

Certificate Management supports external validation and certification workflows where certifications such as Organic, Halal or Kosher are required. An item can have multiple certificates stored against it, and certification statuses can be managed across different suppliers — with different results and outcomes.

This module allows special costing methods to be applied to raw materials, supporting additional cost inputs such as manufacturing methods, timing considerations and volatile market factors that can impact ingredient costs. It helps improve cost accuracy across formulation and production planning.

Formpak enables teams to generate an i6z dossier with a high degree of automation, supporting efficient submission of Poison Centre Notifications (PCNs) to the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA). The module also supports tracking of required updates to ensure notification information remains current.
