What is Regulatory Management?

The Regulatory Management module provides the regulatory intelligence that sits at the heart of the Formpak platform. It applies regulatory rules, calculations and constraints directly to formulation and product data, ensuring compliance is addressed throughout the product lifecycle, not as a final manual step.

Rather than managing regulations in isolation, Regulatory Management connects regulatory requirements to real formulation data, enabling consistent, traceable and controlled compliance outcomes.

This includes managing requirements such as hazard classification (GHS, CLP, OSHA, GB GHS), transport hazards, IFRA standards, allergen declarations and other regulatory constraints that affect how products are formulated, documented and supplied.
